Family History Conference in St. George

We returned on Monday from a fantastic trip to the Family History Expo in St. George, Utah!  ProGenealogists had a booth there and we were able to meet many friends, both old and new.  There are many benefits to attending a family history conference:  networking with fellow genealogists, previewing the latest developments in family tree software, and opportunities to learn from knowledgeable experts in the field, to name a few.

You never know whom you might meet at a conference.  The person sitting next to you may have the answer to your brick wall, enjoy hearing the story of your genealogical research, or be a distant cousin!

There are many ways to find out about a conference going on near you.  The links below are only a few of the larger organizations that sponsor conferences.  Your local genealogy society, historical society, or library may also have a program that you can attend.
